Fulton County – In Your Neighborhood

Fulton County Public Utilities may be in your neighborhood! Fulton County’s contractor is conducting door-to-door outreach at select addresses. This contractor will provide important information on checking your water service line material and ask that you sign a temporary right-of-entry (ROE) form for an opportunity to have Fulton County’s contractor check it.

Fulton County’s Contractor Blue Cypress will be visiting homes and buildings of customers who have not yet checked their own service line material or submitted an ROE for an opportunity to have Fulton County’s contractor check it.  Blue Cypress staff will be badged and will drive marked vehicles.  They will never ask to enter your home.

If no one is available at the time of the visit, Blue Cypress will leave behind a doorhanger with more information.

This canvassing is currently limited to Alpharetta and the surrounding areas and will occur in April and May 2026.

For questions about the project, residents can contact the Maxwell Road Customer Service Center at (404) 612-3421 or email ServiceLineInventory@fultoncountyga.gov.

Blue Cypress will provide a flyer or door hanger which explains how you can check your service line material. For property owners who are unable to complete that process on their own, Blue Cypress will ask that you sign a temporary ROE. Completing a ROE allows the property to be considered for inspection.  Note that only property owners can complete the ROE form.

Even if Blue Cypress does not visit your address, or the property owner is not home to sign a ROE, you are able to check your service line material or submit a ROE! Visit our Check Your Water Service Line Material page.
